What you can expect…
This program is brimming with inspiration and motivation.
I’ll reinvigorate your passion for all things health and wellness and share tips and recommendations to boost your routine. When we’ve finished, you’ll enjoy increased energy and self-confidence, as well as a newfound appreciation for your body and soul.
You will also depart Wellness Reboot with a roadmap that integrates the solutions we identify during our time together. This will be your go-to reference for years to come.
Here’s how it works.
In this 1:1 results-oriented coaching experience, we’ll develop specific action steps to support and achieve your health and wellness goals within 12 weeks.
We’ll schedule a series of sessions tailored to your needs and schedule, and focus on pinpointing effective strategies customized to your busy lifestyle.
Your comprehensive program will start with a 60-minute foundational session, and will be followed by a series of between six and twelve 50-minute follow-up sessions (dependent upon your needs). We’ll explore the barriers holding you back and develop an achievable, pragmatic approach for pushing through them and achieving your goals.
Between sessions, I’ll provide unlimited email support as well as recommendations for recipes, products, and reading materials. You will never feel alone in your journey.
