Professional Bio

Jennifer Reddick is a lifelong health enthusiast, Integrative Health Coach, and the Founder of All is Becoming, a holistic health and wellness practice. Jennifer’s mission is to empower women to transcend the barriers to vibrant health by creating personalized, sustainable strategies to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. She advocates that health and wellness are the foundation for becoming our best selves and living with greater meaning, intention, and joy.

Jennifer obtained her health coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she earned a concentration in emotional eating psychology. She is a NBC-HWC, certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching in partnership with the National Board of Medical Examiners. Jennifer also holds certifications from the International Association for Health Coaches and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Transcendental Meditation. Before entering the health and wellness field, Jennifer spent twenty-five years as a business executive in the consulting services industry. She is a graduate of Augustana College, holds a certificate in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Management from Northwestern University, and has a history of leadership roles on various nonprofit boards and in community-based organizations. Jennifer lives in the Chicago Area with her husband, three children, and their rescue dog.
