Jennifer Reddick is a lifelong health enthusiast, Integrative Health Coach, and the Founder of All is Becoming, a holistic health and wellness practice. Her mission is to empower women to transcend the barriers to vibrant health by creating personalized, sustainable strategies to nourish mind, body, and spirit. Jennifer believes that health and wellness are the foundation for becoming our best selves, and for living with greater meaning, intention, and joy.
Jennifer obtained her health coach education from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she earned a concentration in emotional eating psychology. She is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and is also certified by the International Association for Health Coaches and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Jennifer trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Transcendental Meditation as well. Before entering the health and wellness field, Jennifer spent twenty-five years as a business executive in the consulting services industry. She is a graduate of Augustana College, holds a certificate in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Management from Northwestern University, and has a history of leadership roles in a range of nonprofit boards and community-based organizations. Jennifer lives just outside of Chicago with her husband, three children, and their rescue dog.
